Custom made elegant sideboard

Designed and built by Mark, this is a semi curved Sheraton inspired sideboard made from book matched English sycamore and Honduran mahogany with Lebanese cedar drawer bottoms. The interior and exterior sides of the doors, drawers, legs, and interior frame structure follow the semi curve seamlessly inside and out. The drawers are all perfect piston fit.

Decorative Cradle Boat

This cradle boat was built by Malcolm using mahogany port, Oxford cedar and maple. It is riveted using 198 copper rivets done by hand. The inlay on the back is abalone shell.

Campeche chair with foot stool

Cuban style and inspired Campeche chair made by Mark from book matched Virgin Islands mahogany (sweitenia mahogani). The buffalo leather allows the sitter to slide into a comfortable relaxing position as the curve of the chair naturally support the lower lumbar.

Custom made doors

These solid mahogany doors were built by Malcolm and his students for a historic property in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.

Bog Wood Jewelry box

This jewelry box is designed by Mark with a perfect piston fit tray insert. The box and tray dividers are constructed of 50000 year old English Bog Oak. The tray and the box bottom are made from 7000 year old English Bog Yew, The Bog Oak and Bog Yew were harvested and dried for use by Hamish Low in Surrey, England. Both woods are of an extinct species and are the most valuable woods available in England.

Sunburst chessboard

An English sycamore and American Walnut chessboard designed by Mark with the opposite side a perfect sunburst of American Walnut. The edge is chamfered American Walnut.

Custom table and bench designed and built out of mahogany by Malcolm and his students.

Custom made work benches

Work benches that are works of art. First bench is made from ash and mahogany. Malcolm believes that to make beautiful things, you need to have beautiful things around you.

Mark's bench is a traditional English style wood working bench. The support frames and stretchers are made of English Ash. The bench top is made of English hard Maple. The wedges on the frames are American Walnut.
